1. Who We Are

Get Pressed Juice ("we," "us," or "our") is a cold-pressed juice company based in Detroit, Michigan. We operate getpressedjuice.com (the "Site"), where we sell juice for nationwide shipping and local delivery. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and delivery addresses, order details and order history, subscription preferences, customer-support messages, and any photos you upload in connection with an order-quality issue or other customer-support request.
• Account information: if you create a customer account, we store your login email and the details saved to your account, such as your delivery addresses, order history, and subscription settings.
• Payment information: payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; the processor shares only what we need to confirm and fulfill your order.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and comparable technologies when you browse the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process, fulfill, ship, and deliver your orders.
• To manage your subscription, including recurring deliveries, swaps, pauses, and cancellations.
• To send service messages about your orders and account.
• To respond to customer-support requests, including order-quality and other support claims and the photos you send with them.
• To send marketing emails about new flavors, offers, and news, only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To send marketing text messages only if you separately opt in to SMS. We do not currently send marketing texts; if we ever do, you'll be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• To operate, analyze, and improve the Site and our products.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Payment processors, to charge your order securely. We use Stripe for online payments; card data goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
• Shipping and delivery carriers, to get your juice to you.
• Email platforms, to send the messages described above. We use Resend to deliver order and support emails.
• Hosting and data storage providers, to keep the Site running. The Site is hosted on Vercel, and account and order data is stored in a managed database (Supabase).
• Analytics providers, to understand how the Site is used, if analytics are enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser that help the Site work and help us understand how it's used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work, though some features may behave differently.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Marketing: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll remove you.
• Access and correction: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we're required to keep (like completed order history for tax purposes).

To exercise any of these rights, email orders@getpressedjuice.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor applicable rights for all customers.

7. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure in the United States: the Site runs on Vercel, and account and order data lives in a managed database with encryption in transit and at rest. Photos submitted with damage claims are sent to our support inbox and are not published anywhere.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and our payment processor is responsible for card data security under industry standards (PCI DSS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party services such as Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
